Although every website is customized to fit a clients specific needs there are 4 steps that do not change regardless of the project. Our proven 4-step process involves the designer, the developer, and most importantly the client. This insures that the end result will be a well designed, well rounded website that is centered around the requirements of each client.

ASSESSMENT
In order to produce a quality website we must first evaluate and define the objectives of the site. This is achieved by a 1-on-1 consultation to identify existing company branding, target audience and operational goals.

CREATING A PLAN
After client requirements are assessed, we will provide you and your company with all the information you need to make a solid decision about an Internet investment. This includes a comprehensive design document with a project timeline and budget.

CREATING THE SITE
Proofing
Proofing involves creating mock-up pages for the client to review, inviting feedback regarding aesthetics, page layout and typography. This is done off-line, through emailed (.PDF) files or printed documents.
Because time is always of the essence we have found that it is more efficient to make major design changes early in the process rather than trying to make changes to artwork that it is already implemented on the Internet. The end result is visually stimulating artwork that is ready for development.
Development
We use industry-leading tools to deliver attractive and professional looking web sites. Depending on the need, we will offer specific technologies such as DHTML, Flash, JavaScript, ASP and Java to Microsoft Access and SQL Server implementations.
Testing
It is our responsibility to deliver an Internet solution that: (1) conforms to the agreed specification and design; (2) behaves consistently across various browsers and computer types; and, (3) performs effectively under normal and high-traffic situations.
We have developed an industry-strength test lab to support rigorous cycles of testing before anything is released to the public domain. We break down the testing process into (2) separate categories: Functional, referring to the specific business solutions; and, Non-Function which define how well, how fast and how reliable the system should perform.

IMPLEMENTATION
After testing is completed, we will stage your new, production-strength web site and wait for final approval before deployment to the Internet. After your website is installed on the public environment, we assume the responsibility of registering, publishing and marketing your site. Which includes, complimentary search engine submission, banner programs and other traffic-generating services.
